OUR PRICE PROMISE - we will match any quotation from a recognised UK supplier:

• presented to us in writing (on stationery we can verify as being from a bona fide UK supplier) within 7 days of your order being placed - the comparison must be on a like for like basis with exactly the same items - brand, model, colour, size, etc., and include all costs of and associated with the items including delivery fees;
• available to the general public;

PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR PRICE PROMISE does not extend to:

• a negotiated or special price for particular customers, or groups of customers e.g. special discounts for store card holders or closing down sales; or
• Entities such as membership clubs or duty free shops.
