Returns Policy

Within the EU, customers buying goods on line have the right to cancel an order, without giving a reason, at any time within the ‘cancellation period’, which begins on the day the order is placed and ends on the expiry of 7 working days beginning the day after the goods are received.

The goods must be returned to us within a further 7 working days, in perfect resalable condition, unused. No labels should be removed and all gift and presentation boxes must be included in their original condition. A full refund will be given within 30 days of cancellation subject to a deduction for the direct cost to us (if applicable) of collecting unreturned goods.

The cost of returning goods that are not subject to a quality complaint is the responsibility of the customer.

Customs and import duty refund requests should be addressed to your local customs department.
